Managing Director/Consultant
YADIRA GALARZA BERRIOS, Esq. LL.M., PPM
Yadira is a versatile licensed lawyer, notary public, and consultant with a Bachelor's degree in General Sciences and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. She also has a Master of Laws in Global Law and Technology with specializations in Health Law & Information Technology Law from Suffolk Law School, Boston, MA. She also holds a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona, Spain. With over 15 years of professional experience, Yadira has provided legal and consulting services to public and private sector clients. She has been engaged in the general practice of law, emphasizing health law, regulatory compliance, security & privacy law, IT law, contracts, and federal grants.
During her professional career, she has been responsible for drafting and overseeing the adherence to protocols, manuals, and policies. She has also been responsible for the administrative and operational management of small and complex projects in different areas, specializing in health and IT projects. She has extraordinary skills and experience in providing advice and consulting services in all aspects of federal grants, compliance, control and management, contracts, documentation, and all corporate and administrative-related matters.
